Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you submit the Signal Scan request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business details, website, email, and your description of the problem. We use it solely to review your request and, where appropriate, produce your Signal Scan.
What we don't collect. We do not ask for bank credentials, personal passwords, payment information, or administrative access to your accounts at the request stage — and we will never ask for them by email.
Analytics. We use Umami analytics, hosted in the United States, to measure page views and form events. Form answers and contact details are not included in analytics events. No cross-site tracking or sale of data.
Request attribution, storage and confirmation. We retain campaign source, medium and campaign name, plus the referring website origin, with your request. This attribution is kept in browser session storage while you browse. Requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms to support review and follow-up. Your name, email, business name and request reference may be sent to Resend solely to deliver the transactional receipt confirmation.
Diagnostic data. If you purchase a diagnostic, the data you share is used only for that engagement, stored per-case, and retained for 24 months after case closure unless you request earlier deletion or law requires otherwise.
Your rights. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@diaqora.com.
